Deposit Protocol

Due to an increased demand for surgical appointments and several instances of no-shows for veterinary and surgical appointments, as of May 1st, 2023 Cross Timbers Animal Medical Center will be implementing a deposit protocol when booking certain services:

 

• Surgical and dental appointments will require a $100 deposit.

 

These deposits will go towards your pet’s treatment invoice and may still be used if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours. If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to reschedule within 24 hours prior to appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. 

Rescheduling can be requested via phone call, voicemail or email.
